Why not start your day with a Yoga class either at the accommodation or take one of the classes in Lagos by Puck Aren, Swedish born, has studied Yoga for many years having spent the last 6 years studying in India under Usha Devi

We have teamed up with a local company who have been operating in the Lagos area for over 12 years specialising in outdoor activity. In partnership with them we can offer you a tailor-made holiday taking in a wide variety of activities from Extreme Mountain Biking down Monchique Mountains, to a gentle coastal ride. Many of the rides can be guided or self guided although the extreme ride has to be with a guide for obvious reasons.

We can also arrange for you to experience life through a guided walk or 4×4 and if sailing is your thing then we can arrange that too.
